Why Launching A Product Benefits Your BusinessFebruary 28, 2012 on 4:14 pm | In General Chat, Mentoring | 2 CommentsHello again, I have just completed my first and to be honest very successful WSO (Warrior Special Offer). As a result I felt I owed it to you to explain the benefits of why you should, launch a product and why it will benefit your business. By launching your own product, you will have your first step on the path to be able to command a good amount of money at will, I will not put down silly amounts for two reasons. 1. It will insult your intellignece. 2. We have different income goals, so what may be right for me, will not be for you. Also, by launching your own product, you will be able to leverage your way to make mpney from that one product for years to come. The way you can leverage that is by asking fellow internet marketers to promote your product, if you promote their product…this creates a real win win situation as you and your fellow JV partner will both profit from mutual promotion financially. Another benefit of launching your own product is that you start to get your name known, providing you answer your clients queries and process any refunds you get promptly. By doing these, you will get recognition from potential repeat customers as they will see you as prompt and reliable. As well as this, you may also get the chance to work with other people and thus split your profits 50/50, but again you are still building your reputation, so never rule this option out, especially if a Clickbank or WSO best seller ask you to be their JV Partner, as it means your “fame” has spread. On top of all this, you may even be able to start your own mentoring program, and teach other newbies how to make money online and open another revenue stream. In fact, to be totally honest, the options for you are virtually endless. However, a cautionary tale for you, never think because you have launched one product that you have arrived and never release anything else as the momentum that you have gained by taking the necessary action will disappear as quickly as it appeared. Remember that by taking action on a daily basis, you will without fail make a success of yourself, and by following my footsteps you will turbo charge that tenfold if you remember to keep working hard at it. Take Care,
Paul.
Build Trust – Give Before You RecieveJanuary 14, 2012 on 12:24 pm | In General Chat | 4 CommentsHello again, Shock horror, a new post in a short space of time? Yes, I have set a goal that this year I intend to post more to the blog, and give you more tips and hints on how t0 build your business. So why must you give before you receive as an internet marketer? Well, the answer is very simple, you build trust with your subscribers by doing this. Look at how you promote your free products, first you get a good quality host, which by the way I recommend Host Gator, then you purchase a domain name, and for that I recommend Go-Daddy as they have some great deals, then build a squeeze page, and then if you have created your freebie, you send emails out to people via adswaps, or solo ads.
Building trust is probably the most vital part of your list building efforts, as without trust how can you expect to promote products that sell and will make you money, whether it be promoting as an affiliate, or whether you have produced your own product. Remember, that adding value to your list, they will thank you, and then spend money with you. This not only works with your subscribers, but also other people who market online, and who may be at a more advanced level. Don’t think because you have a good list of subscribers, that all marketers will instantly become an affiliate, the fact is they won’t. By offering a review copy of what you wish to these busy people to send to their subscribers, you will find that you will start to become a trusted person, and thus other marketers will come and find you. How Do You Add Value? This is a question I get asked an awful lot, and the answer once again is fairly straightforward. When you ask people what they can do for you, how many will give you a positive response, if they do not know who you are? However, if you ask yourself what you can do for someone else, then you start to understand the mindset of all marketers who make money online. Always ask someone you admire what you can do to help their business. For instance, you could write blog posts for these people, or you could build backlinks to help their SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) efforts, or write and publish articles, the lis is in fact lengthy, so I hope that you see my point here. By doing this, you will soon begin to build friendships with marketers, and it will open doors for you to promote their product as an affiliate, or even JV (Joint Venture) with them. Then you know you have built trust, and will earn more income. Conversely, by thinking about what your subscribers need, again use your common sense. For instance, a lot of people asked about giving before recieving, so I decided to give back to these people by writing this post, helping them to solve their current problem. Some people may have a problem setting up an autoresponder, or they may need help overcoming procrastination or indecision, others may need help with list building. By keeping in touch with your list, and giving these tips to them for free, you are not only building trust, but you will also be seen as an “authority” figure, someone they can trust to help them overcome what obstacles they are facing in internet marketing at this time. As you do more of this, your emails will be opened more often, and people will trust your recommendation of a product you use, and are now promoting, and thus will be more inclined to buy from you. Conclusion In closing, remember the vital cog of your business is building relationships, not just a list. By building relationships you add more value to your service, and also be one of those respected internet marketers who actually care about people, instead of trying just to sell to them all the time. Until next time, Take Care,
Paul Power.
The Art Of Goal Setting, And Why You Must Set ThemJanuary 2, 2012 on 12:46 pm | In General Chat | 12 CommentsHello again, I hope that the Christmas holidays were enjoyable for you all, and that you have planned your goals for 2012. With that said, most of us tend to confuse goals with resolutions, sadly they are two completely different sides of a similar coin. For instance, most people say my New Year’s resolution this year is to make more money, or to lose weight, or go to the gym, in fact there a lot of New Year resolutions, the things we resolve to do, but somewhere in the grand scheme of life, we forget. A goal for instance is something you have written down, and have broken the ultimate end product into smaller bite sized chunks. By doing this, we have set ourselves a target to reach, and to achieve that goal, we must without doubt keep referring back to the tasks we must do in order to score our goal. Resolutions are similar to a goals, but the difference between them could not be more stark. For instance, by referring back to our tasks, and taking action on them, we gain the confidence to keep going when we see the positive results of our actions. With resoltuions, like goals we resolve to sort the challenges we face out, but in some cases, we either forget what we want to achieve, or we give up as the work is hard, and we thought it would be easy. Of course like millions of others, we all want to make more money, but if I gave you an extra dollar, then your resolution would be complete, as you had more money than you did a few seconds ago. When you write down what you wish to achieve, and then break it down into daily tasks, you suddenly find that you have reasons to take action. Remember, nothing can happen in your life, unless you take action, as by doing this you will start the chain reaction that will change your life. So when setting your targets, be specific and not vague, for instance instead of saying I want to lose weight, write down how much weight you want to lose down to the last ounce, then write down what you need to do each day in order to lose those excess pounds, and feel better about yourself. You could also put a picture of the foods you need to avoid on your fridge, and just jot down, I must not eat these, and say that aloud each time you go to the fridge. You may be pleasantly surprised at the results positive affirmations can have an impact on you, but that is a subject for another post. If making money is your target, write down how much you need to earn, and then write down the actions you must take to hit the financial goal you have set. Also, if working from home, have pictures of your dream house, dream vacation, etc, and say to yourself every morning and evening that in say 2 years time I will have that house, or car, and I can only afford those by reaching my target. Never be afraid to set a goal that seems too high, as you can always achieve that at a later date. In closing, your goals are important to you, and you must take action each and every day to ensure that you achieve them, however, if you make a resolution, there is a high chance that you will stay in the same position you are now.

Warrior Special Offers, And Why You Should Be Doing ThemNovember 19, 2011 on 12:30 pm | In General Chat | 1 CommentHi all, Once again, very long time between posts, and I am sorry again. However, this time I have been locked away developing a new program for launch on the Warrior Forum as a Warrior Special Offer (WSO). Product is still not quite ready, but the title of the product is Mass Traffic Attack, I will update and give my subscribers an early nptice so you can decide whether or not you wish to buy, so keep a look out on this blog. Now if ou are unfamiliar with the WF (Warrior Forum), then I will tell you what it is. The WF is basically a marketing forum where people go to get advice on all things to do with both online and offline marketing. Also, there is a place where people can buy products at a heavy discount, and this is the WSO or Warrior Special Offer. So why am I telling you about this? Simple answer is down to the fact that if you release a good WSO that you have made yourself, or someone else has made for you, then you can make some good money by releasing it here. The fact is that my good friends Ray Johnson, and John Thornhill have both released products, and have made well over $30k each, in a short space of time. The reason you need to start releasing products here are twofold. 1.) It will help to build your reputation as a marketer, and 2.) It will build you a list of responsive buyers. We all hear that the money is in the list, but what the gurus don’t tell you, is that is in the amount of BUYERS you have in your list. Remember, a list of subscribers is powerful proof of a big list, but a list of buyers is proof of big money earnings. Here is a little tip though regarding your WSO and Warrior Forum membership should you choose this method. Never just go into the WF and release a WSO as you first need to build some trust in the forum, and become a recognised figure who provides value to the questions that people are asking. So, search the forums, and answer some questions that you know the answer to. This not only helps the other person, but gets you recognised as someone who is willing to help others. After a while you will build up a lot of thank yous, which is the system the forum uses as a system of trust. Also, do not be afraid to ask questions that you need answers to, as this will also get you not only the answer, let’s face it Internet Marketing is a lonley profession, and we all need answers to questions we have, while we learn. There are quite a lot of things you should do before you launch your offer, that it would fill an ebook. However John Thornhill has released a great product on how to setup and launch your own Warrior Special Offer at a phenomenal price, so check it out and while your there check out Ray Johnson and Robert Blacks Google Affiliate X software, that truly is amazing. Should you decide to GAX through the link, yes I will get a commission, but I truly believe that these programs will help you make money online and break free from your current situation. Take Care, Paul Power.
Motivation Or Finding A Reason To Change Your Life`September 27, 2011 on 9:25 am | In General Chat | 2 CommentsHi All, Today’s post is about motivation, or as I like to say, finding a compelling reason to change your life around. I have attended various workshops over the years, all motivation based, and yes, while I was there I felt I could achieve anything. Sadly after the initial buzz, it soon wore off, and everything stayed the same. This happened to me for about 15 years, so a long time. I would find the motivation to change, and I would change but for just a little while, then it was back to the same old person, broke, frustrated, angry at the world. Then one day almost 6 years ago, my life changed 180 degrees, first I suffered a spinal problem, which meant I had to use a wheelchair for a while, but now I use a walking stick, and my daughter was born. So why did my life change? Simple answer, first of all, I could no longer move or even walk without help, which really was a pain in the butt to me, as I always was able to walk and run and play soccer. Secondly, a new life was given to me, now this was not new, as I already had a son, but never saw him due to difficulties with me and his mother. This time I was determined to make money, but on my terms. So for the next four years I spent money I did not have on the latest product or software that promised to make me cash overnight. Now I was in my 30′s, and to be honest I had run an offline business, so I should have known better than to believe hype, but it goes to show how desperate you become when you have a family to feed. Fast forward four years, a ruined relationship, and more broke, I had a chance encounter with Ray Johnson, an internet marketer who earns the kind of cash each month that we as marketers dream of. We chatted on facebook for a while and he soon became my mentor. Somehow I knew this time was going to earn me money the right way, especially when he reminded the get rich quick promises are just that, promises without substance. So now with real confidence I threw myself into building my blog, setting up my adswap system, and just building my list. Again, fast forward from November last year to today, I have now had my first $100 day, granted it’s not 10k per month, or a million dollars, but it is a start, and believe me, you must build a foundation before you begin building the rest of the business. What changed me? Simple, I found a compelling reason to get off my backside and make money, that reason is my daughter, she inspires me every day with her smile, love and happiness. I thank God for her, as without her I am sure I would not have the same drive to make money online that I do now. Believe me internet marketing is a tough and lonely business, as you stand and fall by your decisions, but, ultimately, it is the most rewarding as well when you get it right. So would I choose motivation or a reason to change? Simple, find a reason to change, as that reason will inspire you to take the necessary action to build not only your business, but your confidence as well. Please read this post and leave me your story as I would love to hear from you all, and I will reply to you all as well personally. Until the next time, Paul Power.
Build Your List With Solo Ads, Special Mates RatesSeptember 22, 2011 on 7:02 am | In General Chat | 3 CommentsHi All, As discussed in a previous post, there are various ways to build your list, adswapping, subscribers to your blog/newsletter, and other ways too numerous to mention. If you remember, a while back I briefly touched on the power of solo ads, now these are nothing more complicated than an email promo to guide your potential clients to subscribe to your list, with one difference. The difference being that a solo ad costs money for a certain amount of clicks. They then send your promo to their list, and deliver the clicks to you. Keep in mind you must track the amount of clicks you recieve, as that way you know you are getting what you paid for. There are a lot of people selling these solo ads, and now I am delighted to announce I am also going to be selling solo ads from next week. However, as I am just getting started, I can offer you, my subscribers the following rates to help me get started.
50 clicks $20 As my list expands, I will be able to offer more clicks at great prices. So, take advantage of this offer now, and ensure your price, all I aks is you give me a testimonial if you are happy, so I can use them to build this leg of my business. Remember, this price will only be available until 31st October and is only for you, my subscribers, so take advantage and book your solo ad now, and build your list for success!
Take Care,
Paul.

The Value Of Listening To Your MentorAugust 4, 2011 on 2:13 pm | In Mentoring | 6 CommentsHi Everyone, Again, my apologies for being away so long, have been caught up in a lot of personal stuff, as well as working hard. Now today I want to address the value of listening to your mentor, if you have one of course, but if not why not, click here now to get a terrific deal from a well known mentor’s course. I have been involved with a fantastic mentor called Ray Johnson for 7 months now, and in that time we have seen my business grow in small spurts, which in my humble opinion, is the way to grow long term. This blog now generates visitors almost through Google searches, and as a result I am getting known. However recently I have seen a disturbing trend I call “mentor bashing”. In other words, people invest their money after thorough research, then, when they fail to listen, and whine about goalposts being moved, or the person they have chosen to learn from has lied to them, you know, the excuses why they fail, is ALWAYS someone else’s fault. These people always view the world in spectacles that don’t quite match other people’s. They actively do not listen to advice, and seek the advice of others who are not as successful, and then when this advice is proved right, and is found to be the advice of their teacher, their tutor is still wrong. Then, they launch a product quickly, with no graphics to entice people, it is rushed without much fanfare, and, then, to make matters worse they are rude to a Clickbank best seller, who could have made their product launch profitable, and a hundred other things they do wrong, it is never their fault, but their mentors. I have no sympathy with those who have been given sound advice, and then, because they feel it is not working as quickly as they want it to work, blame everyone else they can find. Not only is this the wrong way to do business, but it gives them a bad name, and they become the person to avoid as they are seen as not being entirely honest. However, I do have sympathy with people who have been constantly ripped off by so called teachers of how you can make money online, and then these guys deliver nothing. Ray and his partner Robert Black on the other hand, have a fantastic reputation, and are the creators behind the hugely successful Google Affiliate X software, so I would say they walk the talk. Not only that, but they are always available to help you when you are stuck, and because they have been where we have are now, just starting, know what works and what does not. Now I am no millionaire, but I do know the value of listening to Ray, over the time we have been working together, we have seen my business grow slowly, but surely….and both of us are happy with this. However, it is because I listen to his advice, and, more importantly I act on it, I am now seeing small but tangible results. For those who wish to invest in a mentor, please remember these guys have done what we are now starting to do, and, usually with no help at all. So what does that mean for us? Simply put, they have made the mistakes, and hit the skids, and tell us how to avoid them, and, remember your mentor is human, and probably will get a few things wrong at times, however, they will know they have made a mistake, and inform you of that mistake. So, if you do have a mentor or are looking for one, please remember this, be open minded and ready to learn, do not be bloody minded and closed to ideas, you can teach old dogs new tricks, Ray has managed it with me, so if I can you can. Listening to your mentor will give you a better shot at breaking free from your job, and become your own boss.
FREE Gift Worth $67.00 For YOU Hope This helps, See you soon, Paul Power.
The First Five Months: The Verdict So FarMay 8, 2011 on 2:42 pm | In General Chat | 3 CommentsHello all, As I said earlier, I now fully intend to keep posting regularly now I have everything sorted out. Well, this is my five months of marketing online seriously, as opposed to buying the next big thing, and getting burnt each time, as happened the previous 4 years. So what have I learned? Quite a lot actually, the first thing I have learned is that obviously you don’t put all your eggs in one basket. Remember my first post of this new year? That was when I lost my business, due to the fact that I had put way to much faith in my webhost to manage my account. What happened there? In short it blew up in my face, taking my whole business with it, yes I lost everything, my domain names, my blog, the whole nine yards. So please, if you only learn one thing, do not under any circumstances, give your webhost complete control over your business. Something else I learned was that although the money is definitely in the list, it is more in the relationship that you build with your list. Remember, that you must treat your list with respect, and not go out of your way to promote your latest affiliate product, or even your own product. The best way to do this, is to send emails that give good advice…..such as how to set up your autoresponder properly, or how you have managed to find a new place to advertise cheaply. Information that will benefit your readers, will keep them coming back to you, and, then you can promote the product you recommend, as they will have built up trust in you. Adswapping, this is a really good learning curve. I started like you with no list at all, and struggled to get subscribers to my list. Now did I give up, even though it was a struggle? No, I adapted and overcame, to the point where now my list is growing at a fairly rapid rate, thanks to the contacts I have been fortunate to have made. So, if I could give you any advice, what would the best piece of advice be? A simple answer is to NEVER give up on your dream, yes it is hard work, but there is no such thing as a free lunch. Also, the determination you show, will drive you to do one thing each day for your business, and that is, take action. Remember, the one thing that kills your dreams stone dead is procrastination. It is always easy to put off the tasks we know we should do till tomorrow. The sad thing is that tomorrow never comes, and you find a week or even a year could fly by, and you are no nearer to making money full time from home. I wish you all the very best of success, and I hope to be there with you, when you reach the top. Never stop believing,
Paul Power.
The Art Of Adswapping, To Build Your List FastApril 30, 2011 on 9:59 am | In General Chat | 11 CommentsHi all, First of all I would like to apologise for not making a post sooner. Unfortunately I have had some ill health, and a lot of personal problems to take care of. However, here I am back again, and larger than life. The reason for my post today, is to bring you an informative post on the art of adswapping. Now adswapping is nothing new, in fact it’s been around for quite a while now. What is an adswap? Simple, an adswap is where two marketers with a list in a particular niche, could be IM for instance, and then give each other an email promo, or swipe, to send out to each others list, and gain new subscribers. Now if you are new to adswapping, then two notes of caution to you. First of all finding adswap partners can be almost impossible if you have no list. There are things you can do to get an initial adswap with your potential swap partner, first of all you could buy a solo ad. This is where you buy a certain amount of impressions or clicks, and give the person sending the ad for you, your email and thus when sent, you gain subscribers. Or, you could barter with the person you wish to adswap with, by offering your expertise. Now this could be copywriting, SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), graphics, the list is almost endless. Some swappers, such as myself, may well find this acceptable, others definitely will not, so back to the solo ad. A typical solo will cost you about $200 but shop around, and you will find some bargains, and thus get your list started, and when you get around 50 to 100 subscribers, then finding adswap partners will become a little easier. I recommend you get 200 subscribers before you actively seek an adswap with someone from your niche. Back to the main topic, once you agree the date and time of your swap, make sure that you place your swap partners copy in your autoresponder, if you don’t have one then you can get one here. Once you have loaded the copy into your autoresponder, set the date and time to send, then sit back and wait. With regard to your link, I recommend you find a way of tracking how many clicks your partner gets you, try bit.ly, it is free to use, and the tracking is good. When you know how many clicks you are getting to your link in your promo that you sent to your fellow swapper, then look again at your autoresponder, and see how many new subscribers you are getting. This is easy to tell, you will see your list name, and then how many new people have signed up for your gift through your link. Once you have completed your first swap, then simply rinse and repeat. Be aware though, that some swaps simply do not work out, as the copy you give and recieve sometimes may not appeal to either your, or your partners readers. One last thing you need to remember is that do NOT under any circumstances try to swap more than two to three times per week, or you will lose subscribers, as they will get tired of reading emails every day. For further information then please go here for a great home study course in adswapping, and building your business. Also, if you require help, then email me at enquires@paul-powers-blog.com. Happy Swapping. Paul.
